When the part doesn't exist.

Some parts simply can't be bought — they haven't been made in fifty years, the tooling is long gone, or only one broken original survives. That's where our digital shop comes in. We 3D-scan the original, or what's left of it, rebuild it as an accurate CAD model, and bring it back.

The right process for the job.

From there we print in the right process for the job: FDM for tough, functional fixtures, jigs, and test fits; SLA for fine, highly detailed masters and patterns where surface finish matters. A printed pattern can become the master for a cast or machined final part — so a component nobody sells is suddenly back in your hands.

It's the modern half of an old craft. The same eye that gets a body panel exactly right guides the scan data and the model, so the finished piece fits, functions, and looks like it always belonged on the car.
