At Arthur Payne & Sons, vapor blasting and laser cleaning are services in their own right — offered on their own, not only as part of a restoration. Vapor blasting brings aluminum, cast, alloy, and steel back to a clean, even, factory-fresh finish; laser cleaning lifts paint, rust, and oxidation from delicate areas without touching the surrounding metal. Some parts need both — vapor blasted for overall finish, then laser cleaned where precision matters. We work with engine builders, machine and restoration shops, and motorcycle specialists, and collectors across Rockwall and the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

VAPOR BLASTING

A smooth, even, factory-correct finish.

Water-borne media cleans and refines aluminum, cast, alloy, and steel without the pitting or heat of dry blasting. It's the uniform, satin finish builders and collectors prize on engine cases, cylinder heads, carburetors, intake manifolds, brake and suspension parts, and motorcycle and marine components — clean and ready to reassemble.

LASER CLEANING

Targeted, non-abrasive cleaning.

A controlled beam lifts paint, rust, oil, and oxidation without driving media into delicate areas — ideal for precision pieces and selective cleaning where nothing else should be touched.
